Best safari experience
Our experience with Shammah Wonders Safari was much better than expected. We had a 5 day tour with the best guide, Moses, who made us feel safe at all times. Everything was planned from the beginning to the end of our tour, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We had some amazing wildlife experiences and Moses knew everything about the animals, the nature and the African culture, and he told us a lot of stories during our trip. We were upgraded to a luxury lodge during our stay without any additional fees, and Justin who is head of the company, really did an effort to make our trip the best - he even helped us getting all the way to Zanzibar after the safari with both arranging ferry and transfer. Amazing Safari
We spent a wonderful day on safari in Nyerere National Park. We have not met yet such a great tour operator as Shammah Wonders Safari. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our safari tour. Justine is an amazing tour planner and organizer, always ready to help and advise on whatsapp. Not only a perfect safari, but he also organized a tailor-made tour of Stone Town before our departure from Zanzibar. We could not have chosen a better tour operator. Elihakim was our perfect safari guide. He gave us a lot of information, he was pleasant, funny and during the whole tour we felt that he loves his job. Vraiment une expérience exceptionnelle . Justin s'est montré à l'écoute et vraiment flexible pour un safari de 2 jours avec une nuit sur place. Nous avons modifié le deuxième jour pour refaire une journée de safari cela n'a posé aucun problème. L'organisation générale est très bonne nous avons même rajouter une journée de visite à stone town. Seul bémol la compagnie aérienne n'a pas été très rigoureuse sur les horaires. 2 heures de retard à l'aller et une heure d'avance pour le retour, sans aucune explication . Cela a été signalé à Justin. Le guide Élihakim et tout simplement formidable : disponibilité, passion, humanité et professionnalisme. l'hébergement (Nyerere tented camp) fut génial. Amazing 2 day safari in Nyerere with Zanzibar fly in
Just writing a few lines to say how brilliant our 2-day safari was with Shammah Wonders Safari for our family of 5. It's quite a minefield when you are trying to pick a company to choose and you obviously want it to be successful. We wanted a two day safari experience and return flights from Zanzibar. Briefly, we asked for an overnight stay in Nyerere, 1 full day safari, boat safari, and village visit. Justine arranged everything and it all ran like clockwork. He was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. He provided spreadsheet of itinerary, e.g hotel pickup time 4am , driver name, phone number, flight time 6am , game drive start time 7am etc , etc. As said before here Eli as an amazing person and safari guide. His knowledge is second to none, very personable and will amuse you with his stories. Every step of the way, there is someone to look after you, e.g, game drive, hotel taxi, at airport, village tour, boat trip. We saw lots of hippo, giraffe, zebra, but seeing mum, dad and baby elephant was a highlight. Magical but not the right season
The whole experience was amazing! This park used to be a game reserve and turned into a national park from 2019 I don’t know if animals there remember they have been hunting there so they very scared and we didn’t get so see many close, especially elephant which have a good memory. Beside that the alla experience was magical, we saw a lot of giraffes and antilopes, hippos, few crocodile and one elephant and zebra from far away Also not the best season cause animal go behind bushes so very hrd to find them. I would suggest to go drt season Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! He knew so much I would do it all over again just to experience with him again! Thank you Ely to make our safari very special. Breakfast on the first day was not offered even if was listed in the program, and Lunch packed was okay, very small portion Dinner and breakfats at the camp site was amazing! Perfect!
We loved the 3 days safari beside that we don’t saw lions (simba) like they say :). Besides that it was a magic and an unforgettable experience. The sound of the birds, the nature and all the animals in her pure natural environment such a beautiful moment. We appreciated the comprehension, the attention and the communication with Justin. The best 1 day safari
We arranged a 1 day private safari with Shammah Wonders safari after quite a bit of research. We couldn’t have asked for more. Justine was responsive, kept us informed and arranged everything from the taxi collection, airport and pick up it was all seemless. We were worried as we were taking our 3 year old daughter but needn’t have been as it was spectacular! Within 1 hour EliHakim our guide had made sure we had seen 3 of the big 5!! We were blown away. Nyerere park doesn’t have rhino so we knew we wouldn’t see everything but my dream was to see a giraffe and elephant in the wild and we saw them in abundance. A personalised experience with a great company amd guide
From the start Justin was very responsive to our queries and helped craft a bespoke itinerary that fitted our needs and budget. We were met in Dar by Patrick our guide for the duration. Going on a private tour, he made us feel at ease from the moment he picked us up. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and the relationships between the parks and the communities, and was prepared to go off the beaten track to take us away from it all and give us a unique and personal experience. Shammah wonders make your dreams come true!!
Last month we went on holiday to Zanzibar and Tanzania for the second time, we had chosen to book the whole trip by Shammah Wonders Safari from Tanzania, we can recommend anyone who is ever planning to book a holiday and safari in Tanzania to choose for Shammah Wonders Safari, Justine had arranged everything perfectly and gave us a great holiday, our stay on Zanzibar and the Impala Camp during our safari in Tanzania was fantastic. Last year Elihaki was our driver and this year we wanted him again as our driver during the safari. Elihaki gave us again a safari which we will never forget, he is very friendly and experienced and he knows to find everything within this large national park in Selous. For us, there is a no better guide! Shammah Wonders Safari is very reliable and the communication with Justine was very good, we will book with this company again if we go back to Africa in the future, our compliments to Justine and Elihaki, Asante sana !!
